Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026
- Huntr is an independent research tool for Trybe creators. It isn’t part of Trybe, and you still apply to brands on Trybe.
- Scores, sales numbers and verdicts are our best estimates, not promises. Huntr can’t guarantee approvals or earnings.
- Use Huntr for your own creator work. Don’t copy, resell or scrape it.
- You can stop using Huntr anytime.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Nate West (“Huntr”, “we”, “us”), who operates myhuntr.com. By creating an account or using Huntr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use Huntr.
2. What Huntr is
Huntr researches brands listed on Trybe and helps you decide which ones to apply to. Huntr is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trybe or any brand shown in Huntr. Applying to brands, creating content and getting paid all happen on Trybe and are governed by Trybe’s own terms, which you’re responsible for following.
3. Estimates, not guarantees
Huntr Scores, sales estimates, ad counts, verdicts and rankings are estimates and opinions built from public information and our own models. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Huntr doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be approved by any brand, that any brand will keep its program running, or that you’ll earn any amount. Nothing in Huntr is financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions about which brands to work with are yours.
4. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten into your account. An account is for one person; don’t share it or sell it. Invite codes are for the person they were given to. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Using Huntr fairly
You may use Huntr for your own work as a creator. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or share Huntr’s brand lists, scores or other data;
- use bots or automated tools on Huntr, or try to get around limits or security;
- reverse engineer Huntr, or interfere with it or other people’s use of it;
- submit fake referrals, pitches or information, or impersonate anyone;
- use Huntr to break the law or anyone else’s terms, including Trybe’s.
When you make sponsored content, follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to you.
6. Huntr Sync and My Videos
Huntr Sync is optional. It runs in your own browser, on your own Trybe account, and sends Huntr only your own video stats (see our Privacy Policy). Huntr never asks for your Trybe password. You’re responsible for making sure your use of your own Trybe data is allowed under Trybe’s terms. You can delete your synced stats anytime in My Videos. We may change or turn off Huntr Sync at any time, for example when a direct Trybe connection becomes available.
7. What you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit to Huntr, like notes, pitch emails, brand referrals and brand pitches. You give us permission to store and use it to run Huntr, and, for brand pitches, to show the pitch to Huntr creators. We may review, decline or remove any submission. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share.
8. Brand referrals and rewards
If Huntr offers a reward for referring a brand, the reward, who qualifies and when it’s paid are as described in Huntr at the time you refer. We decide whether a referral qualifies. We may change or end referral rewards at any time, but we’ll honor rewards already confirmed to you.
9. Paid plans
Some or all of Huntr may require a paid plan. Before you pay, we’ll show you the price and what’s included. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled as described at checkout, or as required by law. We may change prices going forward, and we’ll tell you before a change affects you. Huntr Club, our course and community, is sold separately under its own terms at purchase; if it includes free Huntr time, that offer works as described there.
10. Who owns what
Huntr’s software, design, scores, rankings, the Huntr name, logo and hound mascot belong to Huntr. Brand names, logos and creator videos shown in Huntr belong to their owners and are shown so you can identify and research brands; Huntr doesn’t claim them. If you believe something in Huntr infringes your rights, email us.
11. Other sites
Huntr links to Trybe and to brands’ websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them or for what brands do in their programs.
12. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Huntr anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Huntr or other users at risk, and we may change or stop parts of Huntr. If we shut Huntr down, we’ll give you reasonable notice when we can.
14. Disclaimers
Huntr is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that Huntr will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Huntr won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost earnings, profits, data or opportunities, including from relying on Huntr’s estimates. Huntr’s total liability for any claim about Huntr is limited to the greater of what you paid Huntr in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
16. Your responsibility
If someone makes a claim against Huntr because of your content, your use of Huntr in breach of these terms, or your breaking the law or someone else’s rights, you agree to cover Huntr’s reasonable costs from that claim.
17. Disputes
If you have a problem with Huntr, email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Huntr’s operator lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either of us may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Huntr after that, the new terms apply.
